Fashanne 2025
After the completion of my final year collection I was selected to participate in Fashanne Competition in Nottingham at St Mary's Church. I was entered into the 'Sustainability' category which was sponsored by Green Earth Clothing.
My two jackets were worn by models and showcased down a runway, being shown to industry designs, companies and organisations along with the general public and other students.
I am honoured to say that I won within the 'Sustainability' category!
This was a fantastic opportunity to connect with other students and build my presence within the design world. Take a look at some captures of the night.

New Designers 2025
In June 2025, I was selected by Nottingham Trent University to exhibit my work on the Trent stand. This was an insightful opportunity to immerse myself into the design world by connecting with industry professionals, other design students from varied Universities and members of the public.
It was a great way to conclude my time spent at University by celebrating and showcasing all the hard work to complete 'La Dolce Vita: Crafting The Art of Slow Living'.

Course Awards
Within the Textile Design course, there were lots of awards up for grabs.
To showcase all of our work in Nottingham, Textile Design students exhibited their Final Year Projects in the Bonnigton Gallery. Out of the embroidery specialists I am proud to say that, I won 'Best In show' for my sustainability ethos in my collection. It was a great celebratory evening to see all of my peers work come together and a rewarding award to receive.
After, the opening night of showcase the course held another awards night. In this, I won Textile Course Winner for 'Best Collection for Fashion Fabrics/Wearables' and I was selected winner for 'Charted Society of Designers 2025'. These were both fantastic awards to receive!
